Doctor Mindell's Herb of the Month!
HEALTH BENEFITS OF BLACK, GREEN, WHITE AND RED TEA.
I know I wrote about Green tea last year, but since then new research has come out showing the benefits of all these different but similar type of tea. Tea as a beverage has been known for centuries. Lets look at each one so that you can decide which one is best for you:
Tea in general has been shown to:
* May prevent some cancers
* May reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke
* Contains about half the caffeine as coffee, (Decaffeinated teas
are available as well)
* A good source of fluoride,
